The Skeena Salmon Arts Festival ran during the month of August 2019. It brought together over 70 artists to highlight the beauty and importance of salmon in British Columbia with artwork ranging from paintings to carvings, textiles, sculpture, murals, banners and more. Held at the Terrace Art Gallery and on the streets of Terrace, BC – it was a spectacular show!

I was delighted to donate a limited edition canvas giclee of ‘Running Wild’, my painting showcasing a group of salmon chilling in some bull kelp as they gear to run upstream. The canvas sold during the exhibition and raised $475 for the Skeena Salmon Arts Festival. ‘Running Wild’ is also displayed on a street banner and if you are up in Terrace during the next year be sure to have a look for it!
