‘Sunset Solitude’ was inspired by a prominent Howe Sound scene: Passage Island with Bowen Island and the Sunshine Coast in the background and the calm waters that surround Bowen in the still moments after the sun has set. The colors are cool and reflective- mirroring our own thoughts as we look back on our day and wonder what tomorrow might bring.
